Effective August 7, 2026These Terms establish the rules for accessing Pulso A&R Radar and the public information provided by Patch On Agency LLC.
1. Acceptance and operator
These Terms govern access to this public website and the Pulso A&R Radar service operated by Patch On Agency LLC, a United States company. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Purpose of the service
Pulso organizes music discovery signals, chart movement, catalog information and related metadata to support research and A&R prioritization. Results are informational, may be incomplete or delayed, and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting or investment advice.
3. Accounts and authorized access
Private product access, when offered, may require an approved account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. You may connect only accounts, platforms and data sources that you are authorized to use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with infrastructure, scrape restricted areas, introduce malicious code, violate third-party rights, misrepresent data as an official platform statement, or use the service contrary to law or applicable platform terms.
5. Third-party platforms and data
Pulso may display information originating from third-party platforms, public charts, catalogs or authorized APIs. Availability and accuracy depend on those sources. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Pulso and Patch On Agency LLC are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated.
6. Intellectual property
The Pulso product, site design, original software, workflow and Patch On materials are owned by Patch On Agency LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to platform changes or improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every source, market or record will remain accessible.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Patch On Agency LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for business decisions made from incomplete, changing or third-party information. Liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, nonpayment under a separate commercial agreement, legal requirement or discontinued service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
10. Governing law, updates and contact
